We keep used tires in rotation and we check them before they go anywhere near a customer's vehicle.
What we check before a used tire goes on
Every used tire gets looked over: remaining tread depth, uneven wear that points to a suspension problem, sidewall damage, bead condition, old plugs and patches, and age. If something looks wrong, it doesn't get sold.
If we don't have a used tire in your size that we'd put on our own vehicle, we'll tell you that instead of handing you something questionable.

When used makes sense

When used doesn't make sense, we'll say so — a cheap tire on a vehicle that runs the freeway every day isn't a bargain.
